He offered speedy customer service by coming to the waiting area in Sound Waves (next door Car stereo store) to personally notify me my car was ready and Thang Ky the technician helped Berkya to perform the smog test in a speedy way. These guys offered me a competitive price for the service and treated me with respect and courtesy.
